Cat's Cradle

Owners, Lorri and Tim adopted a 5-year old cat named Honey few months ago and wanted to get some photos taken to commemorate her addition to the family.

With lots of treats and toys to keep her amused, I enjoyed hearing her squeaks as I followed her around to capture her in all her glory.

Aside from my own cat, this will be my first set of cat photos that will be added to my professional portfolio and am looking forward to more cat additions in the future.

Hide and Seek

Meet my special little guy, Tucker. Adopted at 8-weeks old from a work colleague of my boyfriends, he had the biggest ears and was the liveliest of the bunch.

Now at two years old, he is still as lively as ever and loves to play games. One afternoon he decided to play a little hide and seek so with camera in hand, I snapped this shot as I surprised him at the other end of his play tube.

Sugar, My Candy Girl

The soggy weekend didn't get in the way of Sugar and I having some fun. Being a 2-year old Pugzu, she had lots of energy and spunk chasing after her ball, dancing for treats, fashioning her jean jacket, and getting curious about what the neighbours were up to. This allowed for some great photo opportunities and turned out to be, all-in-all, a sweet time.

Backyard Fun

I spent a sunny April afternoon with two dogs named Bella and Kye for some backyard fun. The little girl was the daughter of my client and happened to be entertaining the dogs in a party dress while I snapped some shots.

This photo turned out to be one of my favourites and is also the photo on my very first business card.
